The Container Store in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Part-time Sales Floor Leader to keep the customer at the heart of every decision. Lead the sales floor during assigned shifts, coach team members, and model The Container Store selling behaviors to boost traffic and conversion.

This role requires 2 years retail experience, strong communication and organization, and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail sales or related experience – some management a plus.
• Commitment to role model and lead a successful sales environment.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Experience with selling and leading a sales floor.
• Part-time, hourly; 20–25 hours per week with flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Set clear daily performance objectives and lead the sales floor during shifts.
• Drive sales results and conversion by analyzing the business during shifts to determine KPI focus; coach selling behaviors.
• Meet or exceed KPI expectations on a personal level.
• Support training and development of the part-time team.
• Maintain brand presentation and adhere to SOPs while leading the team.
• Promote and lead BOPIS activity and daily space sales goals.
