The Container Store is hiring a part-time, hourly Sales Leader to put the customer first and drive sales on the salesfloor. You will lead daily huddles, set performance goals, and coach a part-time team to achieve store KPIs with a focus on customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail sales or related experience.
• Commitment to role model and lead a successful sales environment.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Experience with selling and leading a sales floor.
• Part-time, hourly role with 20–25 hours per week and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set daily performance objectives and lead the sales floor during assigned shifts.
• Drive sales and conversion by analyzing the business and focusing on KPIs.
• Coach and provide feedback on selling behaviors to the team.
• Support training, coaching, and development of part-time staff.
• Maintain brand presentation to maximize customer experience and adhere to SOPs.
