Job summary

The Container Store is seeking a part-time Sales Leader to lead the sales floor and keep the customer at the heart of every decision. You will set daily performance goals, coach associates, and drive sales during assigned shifts in our Albuquerque store.

This role emphasizes teamwork, brand standards, and strong customer service to meet store KPIs. As a part-time, hourly associate, you will support training, maintain loss prevention standards, and help deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail sales or related experience required.
• Commitment to role model and lead a successful sales environment.
• Experience with selling and leading a sales floor.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; 20–25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Set daily performance objectives and lead the sales floor during assigned shifts.
• Drive sales and conversion by analyzing the business and focusing on KPIs.
• Coach and provide feedback on selling behaviors to the team.
• Support training and development of part-time team members.
• Maintain brand presentation and adhere to store operating procedures.
