Job summary

The Container Store is seeking a part-time Sales Leader to guide the sales floor, focusing on customer-centric service and driving conversion during assigned shifts. Lead by example, coach team members, and ensure best-in-class product presentation and store standards.

Responsibilities include setting daily goals, analyzing performance, and supporting training and development of the part-time team while maintaining strong brand standards and customer focus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail sales or related experience
• Commitment to role model and lead a successful sales environment
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Experience with selling and leading a sales floor
• Part-time, hourly position - able to work 20–25 hours a week with flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Set clear daily performance objectives and lead the sales floor during assigned shifts
• Drive sales results and conversion by analyzing daily performance and KPIs
• Coach and provide feedback on selling behaviors in all interactions
• Support training, coaching, and development of the part-time team
• Maintain brand presentation to maximize customer experience
