Job summary

The Container Store Inc. is seeking a part-time, hourly Sales Leader to manage the sales floor with a customer-centric focus. You will lead the team during assigned shifts, coach selling behaviors, and drive daily traffic and conversion to achieve store goals.

You will participate in daily huddles, reinforce training, and uphold brand standards while supporting BOPIS and space-selling initiatives. Benefits include health plans, retirement options, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail sales or related experience; management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set clear daily performance objectives, plan and execute daily huddle with the team, and lead the sales floor during assigned shifts.
• Drive sales and conversion by analyzing the business during shifts to determine KPI focus; role model and coach selling behaviors.
• Meet or exceed expectations for individual selling behaviors and company KPI targets.
• Support training, coaching, and development of the part-time team.
• Maintain brand presentation and adhere to loss prevention methods to minimize shrink.
