Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate to connect with customers, deliver exceptional service, and help clients design products for their space. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, customer-first environment, represent the Lovesac brand with integrity, and drive sales and customer satisfaction.

You’ll greet customers, demonstrate products, and guide them through the Lovesac selling process while building lasting relationships, achieving KPIs, and contributing to a positive store environment.

Formación

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Ability to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support, including demonstrating products and using internal CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel to local stores, vendors, and meetings as required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients with energy and optimism, actively selling while following the Lovesac process and following up to drive conversion.
• Build genuine connections that fuel loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end with curiosity and adaptability to uncover needs and deliver exceptional service.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and create a fun, engaging experience, delivering brand tours and closing sales.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs through confident decision-making and disciplined execution.
