Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-first environment. You will greet customers, demonstrate products, and guide them through the Lovesac selling process, aiming to convert interactions into lasting relationships.

With at least 1 year in retail or customer service, you’ll balance sales targets with exceptional service, travel as needed, and contribute to a positive team culture while upholding brand standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• At least 1 year in retail or customer service.
• Available to work during weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Ability to use technology for sales and customer support, including CRM.
• Willingness to travel for local store visits and meetings.
• Strong judgment, integrity, and data handling.
• Ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours and move items up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, actively selling and following the Lovesac selling process.
• Build connections to drive loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end with curiosity and adaptability.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and deliver engaging, brand-aware experiences.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs through disciplined execution.
