Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must be able to work during high-traffic periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to travel to local stores and meet eligibility requirements.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with energy and optimism and drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and deliver engaging brand tours.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end and follow up to drive conversion.
• Maintain store standards, safety, and visual presentation.
