Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• At least 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic periods, including weekends, holidays and nights.
• Able to travel to local stores and attend occasional meetings as needed.
• Demonstrate integrity in handling financial transactions and customer data.
• Able to stand for 8 hours and move items up to 75 pounds; furniture assembly on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism and actively sell using the Lovesac process.
• Build genuine connections to drive loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, uncovering needs and delivering exceptional service.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and deliver engaging brand tours and education.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs through disciplined execution.
