Qualifications

• Ability to work during high-traffic periods including weekends, holidays, and nights.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism, execute the Lovesac selling process, maintain a strong quote pipeline, and follow up to drive conversions.
• Build genuine connections that foster loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, using curiosity to uncover needs and deliver exceptional service.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to create a fun, engaging experience and confidently close sales.
