Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work during high-traffic periods including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Ability to travel to local stores and events as required.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism and actively sell using the Lovesac process.
• Build loyalty and drive repeat business through genuine connections.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end with curiosity and adaptability.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and create a fun, engaging buying experience.
