Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate to create a welcoming in-store experience and help customers design our modular furniture for their space. If you are passionate about sustainability, customer relationships, and exceptional service, join our Lovesac Retail Team.

You will engage customers with product knowledge, support sales goals, and maintain a visually appealing store while delivering a high level of customer care.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Requires ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrations and CRM systems.

Responsibilities
