Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate to create a welcoming in-store experience and help customers design products that fit their style and space. You will engage customers with Lovesac selling techniques, demo products, and build lasting relationships to drive sales.

The role requires the ability to move furniture up to 75 pounds, flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and a customer-centric approach within Lovesac’s values and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to demonstrate products and utilize internal CRM systems to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers using Lovesac selling techniques.
• Achieve personal sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Provide attentive service to all customers and build loyalty.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and effective demos.
• Guide customers from initial interest to purchase and maintain relationships.
• Follow store operations, including opening/closing, inventory, marketing and safety standards.
