Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is required.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with technology for sales and customer support including CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers using Lovesac selling techniques.
• Achieve personal sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Provide attentive service to all customers and build customer loyalty.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and effectively demo, assist, and educate customers.
• Guide customers from interest to purchase, focusing on quotes, closing the sale, and maintaining relationships.
• Conduct customer outreach using company provided tools and communication methods.
• Identify and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain a welcoming and visually appealing store by following merchandising standards.
• Oversee store operations including opening/closing, inventory, exchanges, marketing, and promotions per company standards.
• Utilize sales data and reports to prioritize tasks and support daily operations.
• Follow company policies to minimize risks and maintain safety.
