Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Willing to work during peak sales periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to use technology for sales and customer support, including demonstrating products and CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel to local stores and meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism, actively selling while following Lovesac selling process and maintaining a personal quote pipeline.
• Drive loyalty by building genuine connections and delivering exceptional service, closing sales when appropriate.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, using curiosity to uncover needs and build lasting relationships.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and create a fun, engaging experience to close sales.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs through disciplined execution.
