Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate to engage customers, demonstrate products, and drive sales in a fast-paced store environment. You will greet customers, educate them on Sacs and Sactionals, and close sales while delivering a memorable brand experience.

This role emphasizes building genuine relationships, working flexible hours, and contributing to a positive team dynamic, with opportunities for bonuses and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• 1 year minimum in retail or customer service.
• Must work during high-traffic periods including weekends/holidays/nights.
• Ability to use technology for sales and customer support, including CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel to local stores/meetings as needed.
• Demonstrate judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness handling transactions and customer data.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and actively sell using Lovesac selling process.
• Build connections to drive loyalty, repeat business and advocacy.
• Own customer journey end-to-end, uncover needs and deliver exceptional service.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and create a fun, engaging experience to close sales.
