The Lovesac Company is hiring a Sales Associate for its Perrysburg, OH store. You will greet customers, demonstrate products, and guide them through the Lovesac selling process to close sales while delivering outstanding service.

You will contribute to a fast-paced, customer-first environment, maintaining brand standards and leveraging technology to support sales, with opportunities for a performance-based quarterly bonus.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products and using CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel to local stores and meetings as required.
• Demonstrate judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in handling transactions and customer data.
• Physical ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours and lift up to 75 pounds.
