Job summary

The Lovesac Company in Cincinnati is seeking a Sales Associate to connect with customers, demonstrate products, and close sales on the showroom floor. You will deliver a high-energy, guest-focused buying experience while representing Lovesac brand standards and values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Must work weekends, holidays, and nights during peak periods.
• Ability to travel to local stores and for occasional meetings as required.
• Demonstrate good judgment, integrity, and trust in handling transactions and customer data.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift/move items up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism, selling while following the Lovesac process and maintaining a strong quote pipeline.
• Build loyalty and drive brand advocacy by delivering excellent service and a fun customer experience.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, using curiosity to uncover needs and close sales.
• Support daily store operations, inventory, visual standards, and promotions in alignment with brand policies.
