Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate in Danbury, CT, to greet customers, demonstrate products, and help shoppers design spaces with our iconic Sacs and Sactionals. This part-time role emphasizes customer-first service, product knowledge, and building lasting relationships on a fast-paced selling floor.

You will drive conversions through a friendly, energetic approach, while upholding Lovesac standards and policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights, to ensure you capitalize on demand, outperform goals, and maximize your earnings.
• Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products, assisting customers and utilizing internal CRM systems to enhance customer experience and drive future outreach.
• Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, to local stores, third-party vendors and for occasional meetings using various forms of transportation.
• Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions, handling sensitive business and customer data, customer privacy and ensuring the comfort and safety of persons and property.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift. Must be able to move objects (including medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds) from a lower to a higher position or horizontally from position-to-position and be able to assemble furniture while working on the selling floor.
