Job summary

Lovesac is hiring a Sales Associate at Evergreen Walk - South Windsor, CT for a part-time role focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales. You will greet clients, demonstrate products, maintain store standards, and use the Lovesac selling process to convert inquiries into purchases.

Applicants should be at least 18 with 1 year of retail or customer service experience and be available weekends/evenings.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Ability to use technology for sales and customer support including CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel to local stores or meetings as required.
• Strong judgment, integrity, and ability to handle sensitive data and cash transactions.
• Ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours and move items up to 75 pounds.
