Job summary

Lovesac is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in a fast-paced retail environment in which you will greet clients, educate them about products like Sacs and Sactionals, and drive sales on the selling floor. You will deliver outstanding customer experiences and represent the Lovesac brand with integrity.

The role emphasizes strong product knowledge, ownership of the customer journey, and the ability to work during high-traffic periods including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Willing to work during weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to use technology for sales and customer support including CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel to local stores and meetings as needed.
• Demonstrate integrity in handling financial transactions and customer data.
