Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a friendly Sales Associate in Massachusetts to greet customers, demonstrate products like Sacs and Sactionals, and help shoppers design spaces that fit their lifestyle. You will deliver exceptional service, maintain store standards, process transactions, and contribute to a positive team environment while representing the Lovesac brand with integrity.

Previous retail or customer-service experience is a plus; you should be energetic, reliable, and comfortable using technology

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Comfort using technology for sales and CRM.
• Must be available during weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and drive sales by following the Lovesac selling process.
• Demonstrate products and explain features to help customers design spaces.
• Process transactions, restock, and maintain visual standards.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store KPIs.
