Lovesac in Milford, CT is hiring a Sales Associate to connect with customers, demonstrate products, and deliver exceptional service on the selling floor. You’ll guide shoppers through Sacs and Sactionals, build relationships, and drive sales in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.

This role requires 1 year in retail or customer service, weekend/evening availability, tech-enabled selling, and the ability to lift and move furniture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must work weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to utilize technology for sales and customer support.
• Must be able to travel between local stores or meetings as required.
