Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must be able to travel to local stores and meetings.
• Able to utilize technology including CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Build loyal relationships to drive repeat business and brand advocacy.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, uncover needs and deliver exceptional service.
