Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will greet customers, educate them on Lovesac products, and guide them through the sales process to close deals on the showroom floor.

As a team member, you will deliver exceptional service, build lasting relationships, and contribute to store operations while upholding Lovesac brand standards and customer-first values.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Ability to stand, walk for extended periods, and lift up to 75 pounds; flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support, including demonstrating products and using CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel locally to stores and vendors as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism, actively selling while following the Lovesac selling process.
• Build genuine connections to drive loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, uncover needs, educate, and confidently close sales.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and deliver engaging brand tours and education.
• Support daily store operations, uphold brand standards, and ensure customer-focused execution.
