Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Sales with responding to prospects and scheduling tours.
• Enter prospect interactions and notes into the CRM in real time.
• Support admission paperwork and event logistics.
• Represent MBK with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Maintain inventory of sales collateral and coordinate materials.
