Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Sales Assistant in Klamath Falls, OR to support the Director of Sales. You will handle inquiries, schedule tours, and manage leads through the CRM, ensuring timely follow-up and a welcoming experience for prospective residents and families.

The role focuses on day-to-day sales activities, administrative tasks, and collaboration with the marketing team to drive occupancy while maintaining a high standard of community presentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year of related experience in a similar role.
• Senior living industry experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Must pass background clearances and health screening including TB test.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Sales with inquiries, tours, and lead progression.
• Enter prospect interactions and notes into the CRM in real time.
• Provide administrative support to Sales and Marketing functions.
• Support admissions paperwork and community events logistics.
• Maintain inventory of sales collateral and represent the community professionally.
