Job summary

MBK Senior Living in the Western United States is seeking a part-time Sales Assistant to join the community sales team. You will support the Director of Sales by handling inquiries, scheduling tours, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline while providing friendly, professional service to prospective residents and families.

In this role, you will enter interactions into the CRM, assist with admission paperwork, and help coordinate events and materials.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience in a similar sales role in senior living or healthcare.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage all sales inquiries, schedule tours, and advance leads through the sales process.
• Enter prospect interactions and notes into the CRM in real time.
• Serve as a contact for prospects and families with timely communication.
• Provide administrative support to Sales and Marketing and assist with move-in paperwork.
• Assist with events and sales activities and maintain sales collateral inventory.
• Represent the community in a welcoming, professional manner.
