Bethesda Senior Living Communities is seeking a Part Time Sales Assistant for an assisted living community in Colorado Springs. The role supports move-ins, occupancy goals, tours, CRM management, and coordination with families, reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing.

The position involves relationship-based service, promotional activities, and daily occupancy communications with the Leadership Team. Part-time hours and on-site work are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Experience in senior living or healthcare preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Support occupancy goals through proactive follow-up and relationship-based service.
• Conduct community tours and assist with move-ins and deposits.
• Enter and maintain prospect records in the CRM; schedule callbacks for the Director of Sales & Marketing.
• Coordinate move-in paperwork and new resident orientation.
