Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the Director of Sales by handling inquiries, scheduling tours, and advancing leads through the pipeline. You will document interactions in the CRM, ensure timely follow-ups, and assist with admissions paperwork in line with the MBK Way.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a commitment to hospitality excellence in a team-driven environment. Hours are typical business days with potential training transitions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of related sales/lead generation experience in senior living or a similar industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Sales with managing all sales inquiries, including responding to prospects, scheduling and conducting tours, and advancing leads through the sales process.
• Enter all prospect interactions, activities, and notes into the CRM accurately and in real time, supporting data integrity and follow-up consistency.
• Serve as a point of contact for prospects and families, ensuring timely communication and a positive customer experience.
• Attend daily stand-up meetings in the Director’s absence and perform administrative support to Sales and Marketing functions.
• Prepare and process admission paperwork in alignment with MBK’s Moving in The MBK Way process.
