Job summary

P1 Service, LLC in Lenexa, KS seeks an Accounts Payable Clerk/Safety Administrator to support contractor qualification and safety program administration. The role is part-time, primarily evenings and weekends, with some weekday hours as needed.

You will manage ISNetworld and Avetta profiles, process safety documentation, and assist with driver qualification tasks while coordinating with Safety, Operations, Fleet, and HR.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative, safety, compliance, or contractor qualification role.
• Strong attention to detail; can manage multiple deadlines.
• Clear written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to handle confidential employee and company information.
• Availability for a consistent part-time evening and weekend schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ISNetworld, Avetta, and other platforms; keep profiles accurate.
• Upload safety policies, training records, insurance documents, and other materials.
• Track expirations, client requirements, action items, and platform status.
• Respond to platform requests and resolve issues.
• Obtain state MVRs for DOT Driver Qualification Files and route for review.
• Schedule DOT physicals and track medical card expirations.
• Maintain occupational health accounts and service forms across locations.
• Administer the Safety Incentive Program and coordinate updates for leadership.
• Collaborate with Safety, Operations, Fleet, and HR to gather required information.
