Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative, safety, compliance, or contractor qualification role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Clear written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to handle confidential driver and medical records.
• Availability for a consistent part-time evening and weekend schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ISNetworld, Avetta, and other platform profiles.
• Upload safety policies, training records, insurance documents, and other compliance materials.
• Track document expirations and deadlines; follow up on status.
• Respond to platform requests and resolve account issues.
• Obtain state MVRs and route to Fleet for review.
• Schedule DOT physicals and track medical card expirations.
• Keep driver records organized with Fleet and Safety.
• Maintain occupational health clinic accounts and service forms.
• Schedule pre-employment and periodic medical services.
• Administer the Safety Incentive Program and track participation.
• Prepare program updates for leadership.
• Gather information from Safety, Operations, Fleet, HR before submissions.
• Spot recurring requirements and improve record organization.
