Job summary

Nexus Integrity Management seeks a Compliance Administrator to manage certification, safety, and supplier qualification profiles across client platforms. You will track deadlines, gather documents, and respond to audit requests to keep us eligible to bid and perform work.

This hybrid, part-time role (20–25 hrs/week) allows remote work with periodic in-office tasks; you will coordinate with HR and Safety, maintain data accuracy, and support onboarding for new client requirements.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in compliance or safety administration
• Familiarity with third-party contractor safety platforms (NCMS, Avetta, ISNetworld, Veriforce)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; comfortable managing multiple deadlines independently
• Proficient with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; ability to learn new software platforms quickly
• Self-motivated and reliable in a remote/hybrid work environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update company profiles across safety compliance platforms.
• Track submission deadlines, renewal dates, and expiration cycles for certifications and insurance.
• Gather and upload required documentation from HR, Safety, and Operations.
• Monitor notifications, audit requests, and client-specific pre-qualification requirements.
• Coordinate with Safety Manager and HR for incident data (TRIR, DART, EMR).
• Serve as point of contact for compliance inquiries and audits.
• Maintain an internal tracker/calendar of platform accounts and deadlines.
• Flag compliance gaps or lapses to leadership.
• Assist with onboarding new client requirements for new platforms.
• Support general compliance-related administrative tasks.
