Job summary

SUNSETRIDGE is seeking an RN Supervisor-H (Part Time - AM) for a healthcare facility in Las Vegas, NV. The role oversees daily nursing activities, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards and collaborating with the DON/ADON as applicable.

You will supervise LVN/LPNs, CNAs, coordinate resident care, and manage IVs, while performing rounds, reporting, and maintenance of care plans. The position emphasizes quality assurance and staff development.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing with a BSN.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience; 2+ years in long-term care preferred.
• Current RN license and CPR certification.
• Knowledge and experience with PCC electronic health record (EHR) preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret regulations; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nursing activities during your tour of duty.
• Coordinate and participate in resident care; supervise LVN/LPN, CNAs and other staff.
• Manage and administer IVs; respond promptly to call signals.
• Make rounds, provide reports, and perform skilled care assessments.
• Participate in staff orientation and ongoing training; monitor changes in conditions.
• Ensure adherence to policies; contribute to quality assurance programs.
