Job summary

SUNSETRIDGE in Las Vegas is seeking an RN Supervisor-H for a part-time night shift in healthcare. You will supervise day-to-day nursing activities to ensure quality care in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Responsibilities include supervising LVN/LPNs, CNAs, coordinating resident care, conducting rounds, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
• 2 years or more experience preferably in a long-term care facility and a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during tour of duty.
• Coordinate and participate in resident care; supervise, instruct and assist LVN/LPNs, CNAs.
• Make rounds, provide reports, perform skilled care assessments, and respond to care issues.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing staff trainings; ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and staff; oversee care plans and QA programs.
• Identify staffing needs and supervise disciplinary measures as needed.
