Qualifications

• Must hold an active Nursing Degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Licensed to practice as an LPN/LVN in the state; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in long-term care and regulatory compliance is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants in accordance with policies.
• Ensure compliance with Nursing Service Procedures Manual and standards.
• Lead scheduling, planning shifts, and coordinating care programs.
• Maintain nursing documentation and charting in resident records.
• Oversee medication administration and narcotic records as needed.
• Participate in discharge planning and coordination with teams.
