Job summary

Sun Recruiting, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN) in Fair Lawn, NJ for a part-time role (20 hours per week).

The position blends direct nursing care with care coordination and leadership, reporting to the Director of Nursing. You will evaluate client needs, administer prescribed medications, document care, and coordinate multidisciplinary appointments in home health or assisted living settings, while maintaining HIPAA standards and quality improvement involvement.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing (NJ)
• BSN or related health degree
• Minimum 2 years RN experience in community/home health
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Strong communication in English and physical ability for direct care

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and document clients' needs; deliver preventive, supportive, and restorative care
• Administer prescribed medications and perform clinical treatments per Plan of Care
• Coordinate scheduling for multidisciplinary appointments and therapies
• Interpret health status changes and report to the Director of Nursing and physician
• Adhere to HIPAA, infection control, and standards of practice
• Maintain complete client records and participate in quality improvement
• Reports to Director of Nursing
