The successful candidate will oversee client needs, administer medications, and ensure compliance with state regulations. Required are an NJ RN license, a BSN or related health field, and 2+ years in community or home health settings.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in good standing (NJ).
• 2+ years RN experience in community/home health settings.
• Experience delivering direct nursing services in client homes or assisted living facilities.
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance matching liability coverage.
• Strong English communication and physical ability for direct care duties.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate and document clients’ biophysical, psychosocial, and educational needs; provide preventative, supportive, and restorative care.
• Administer and document prescribed medications and treatments per Plan of Care.
• Coordinate scheduling for multidisciplinary appointments and therapies; maintain productivity.
• Report significant health status changes to the Director of Nursing and attending physician.
• Adhere to infection control guidelines and HIPAA regulations to ensure safety.
