The Recruiting Hive is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN) for a premier home health agency in Fair Lawn, NJ. This part-time leadership role balances direct clinical care with care coordination, offering meaningful patient impact and a flexible 20-hour weekly schedule.

Responsibilities include assessing client needs, administering prescribed medications, coordinating multidisciplinary appointments, and maintaining accurate records while complying with HIPAA.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in good standing from the NJ Board of Nursing.
• BSN or related health field from an accredited institution with 2+ years RN experience in community/home health.
• Experience delivering direct nursing services in home environments and facilities per NJ rules/regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance meeting required limits.
• Strong English communication, stress-management, and physical capacity for direct care duties.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate and document clients' needs; provide preventative, supportive, and restorative care.
• Administer and document prescribed medications and perform clinical treatments per Plan of Care.
• Coordinate scheduling for multidisciplinary appointments and therapies; manage time for productivity.
• Interpret health status and report significant changes to Director of Nursing and physician.
• Adhere to infection control guidelines and HIPAA for client safety.
• Maintain complete and timely client records and timecards; participate in quality improvement.
• Reports to Director of Nursing.
