Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN) for its premier home health services in Fair Lawn, New Jersey.

This part-time role (20 hours per week) combines direct patient care with leadership and care coordination, reporting to the Director of Nursing. The ideal candidate has an active NJ RN license, BSN or related health field, at least two years in community or home health, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing (NJ).
• BSN or related health field from an accredited program; at least 2 years of RN experience in community/home health.
• Strong English communication and ability to manage time and priorities.
• Valid Driver’s license and active auto insurance meeting liability requirements.
• Ability to lift, bend, stand and perform direct patient care as required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and document clients’ biophysical, psychosocial, and educational needs; provide preventative, supportive, and restorative care.
• Administer prescribed medications and document treatments per Plan of Care.
• Coordinate scheduling for clients’ multidisciplinary appointments and therapies; maintain productivity.
• Interpret client health status and promptly report changes to the Director of Nursing and attending physician.
• Adhere to HIPAA, infection control, and safety standards; maintain complete client records and timecards.
• Display professional demeanor and participate in quality improvement activities.
• Reports to Director of Nursing.
