Hire Consulting Services is seeking a dedicated Nurse Supervisor (RN) for part-time work in Fair Lawn, NJ. The role combines direct patient care with clinical leadership, on a 20-hour-per-week schedule, with annual compensation of $45,000–$50,000.

You will oversee nursing services in home health and assisted living settings, document care, and coordinate with the Director of Nursing and physicians to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Formación

• Active RN license in good standing (NJ).
• BSN or related health field with 2+ years RN experience in community/home health.
• Direct nursing in home/assisted living with NJ rules compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and document clients' needs and provide preventative, supportive, and restorative care.
• Administer and document prescribed medications and clinical treatments.
• Coordinate scheduling for multidisciplinary appointments and therapies.
• Interpret health status and report significant changes to the Director of Nursing and physician.
