Job summary

RRC Solutions Group is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN) for a part-time role in Fair Lawn, NJ. The position balances direct clinical care with care coordination in a home/assisted living setting.

The RN supervisor will oversee nursing services, ensure medication administration per the physician’s Plan of Care, and coordinate multidisciplinary appointments while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and NJ regulations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing (NJ).
• BSN or related health field from an accredited institution with at least 2 years RN experience in community/home health.
• Experience delivering direct nursing services in home environments and assisted living settings with NJ regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and document clients’ biophysical, psychosocial, and educational needs.
• Administer and document prescribed medications and treatments per Plan of Care.
• Coordinate scheduling for multidisciplinary appointments and therapies.
• Report significant changes in client condition to Nursing Director and physician.
• Adhere to infection control, HIPAA, and safety standards; maintain records and timecards.
