Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN) for a part-time role in Fair Lawn, NJ. The position combines direct clinical care with care coordination in a home health environment.

The ideal candidate is an experienced RN with a BSN or related health field and at least 2 years in community or home health settings. A valid NJ RN license, driver’s license, and English communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing (NJ)
• BSN or related health field with 2+ years RN experience in community/home health
• Familiar with NJ regulations and home health operations
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and document clients’ needs and deliver preventative, supportive, and restorative care
• Administer medications and document treatments per Plan of Care
• Coordinate scheduling for multidisciplinary appointments and therapies
• Interpret health status changes and report to Director of Nursing and physician
• Adhere to infection control guidelines and HIPAA regulations
• Maintain complete client records and participate in quality improvement activities
• Reports to Director of Nursing
