Job summary

Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, person-centered care for residents in a welcoming, team-focused environment.

New graduates are encouraged to apply. The role includes clinical duties, care planning, documentation in the EMR, and participation in care conferences. Compensation starts at $40.00/hr with potential up to $48.00/hr plus shift differentials and benefits.

Qualifications

• Virginia RN license (active) is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 6 months of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered nursing care to residents.
• Perform clinical duties per state nurse practice act and standards.
• Educate residents and families on care plans and self-care.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes.
• Maintain infection prevention and administer medications as ordered.
• Document accurately in the EMR and communicate with the team.
• Participate in care conferences and care planning.
