Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living in Springfield, VA seeks a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care for residents in a continuing care setting. New graduates are welcome to apply, with strong clinical team collaboration and support from on-site medical centers.

Shifts offer competitive pay starting at $40.00/hr to $48.00/hr plus shift differential, plus robust benefits and on-site wellness resources.

Qualifications

• RN license in Virginia is required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of 6 months experience as an RN.
• Experience with seniors or cognitive impairment preferred.
• CPR certification required (BLS).

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families using a caregiver approach.
• Perform clinical duties in line with state nurse practice act and standards.
• Promote resident independence by setting care goals and teaching self-care.
