Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living in Springfield, VA, is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care across shifts. You will work with a clinical team to support daily living, medications, and care planning in a welcoming environment.

Formación

• RN license in Virginia is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 6 months experience as an RN.
• Experience with seniors or cognitive impairment preferred.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office, internet and web applications.
• CPR certification required with BLS requirement.

Responsabilidades

• Develop relationships with residents and families with a consistent caregiver approach.
• Perform all clinical duties in line with state nurse practice act and standards.
• Promote independence by setting care goals and teaching residents and families.
• Monitor residents and identify changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care associates to perform routine nursing care.
• Maintain infection prevention, administer medications, and perform treatments per orders.
• Develop holistic care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Document preferences in the EMR and ensure records are current.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager
