Job summary

Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living in Springfield, VA seeks a Part Time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care to residents. You will work with a clinical team to support daily living, healthcare needs, and overall well-being, with new graduates encouraged to apply.

Starting pay ranges from $40.00/hr to $48.00/hr plus shift differential. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) match, on-site health centers, and education assistance, with growth

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Virginia required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CPR/BLS certification required with training if not current.
• Experience with seniors or cognitive impairment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families focusing on resident-first care.
• Perform clinical duties in line with state RN standards and practices.
• Promote resident independence through care goals and teaching family members.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to status changes for comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care team to deliver routine nursing care.
• Maintain infection prevention and med administration per orders.
• Develop holistic care plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Document care in the EMR accurately.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
