Job summary

Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living in Silver Spring, MD is seeking part-time Registered Nurses (RNs) for day and evening shifts. The RN promotes residents' health by collaborating with providers, the interdisciplinary team and care associates, delivering physical and psychosocial support first.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Maryland.
• Minimum 6 months RN experience required.
• Experience with seniors or cognitive impairment preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per state nurse practice act and standards.
• Develop resident care goals and educate residents and families.
• Monitor residents and respond to changes in status for comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and care associates.
• Maintain infection prevention, administer medications, and document care.
