Job summary

Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking Licensed Registered Nurses (RNs) for part-time day and evening shifts to support Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing settings in Maryland. The RN will promote residents’ health and wellbeing, collaborate with providers and the care team, and deliver physical and psychosocial support to residents and families.

Compensation ranges from $41.00 to $44.00 per hour based on experience, with shift differential for evening hours.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Maryland.
• Minimum 6 months RN experience.
• Experience with seniors or cognitive impairment preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families, supporting physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Perform clinical duties in accordance with state nurse practice act and standards.
• Promote independence by establishing care goals and educating residents and families.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care associates for routine nursing care.
• Maintain infection prevention, administer medications, and perform treatments.
• Coordinate holistic care plans with interdisciplinary teams.
• Document resident care accurately in EMR.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
