Job summary

Jersey College is seeking an experienced Nursing Instructor to provide high-quality nursing education across classroom, lab, simulation, and clinical settings for LPN/PN and RN students. The role involves evaluating student performance, maintaining accurate records, and guiding students in developing knowledge, skills, and professional behaviors required for success in nursing.

The ideal candidate holds an MSN or higher, an active RN license, and at least 3 years of RN experience.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher required.
• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent professional RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and/or clinical instruction to LPN/PN and RN students.
• Evaluate student performance and competency based on program standards.
• Prepare and maintain accurate attendance and progress records.
• Collaborate with faculty and clinical partners to support student success.
